Had many poor experiences with this location, but decided i'd give them one more chance. It's the last time though because they can't get their act together. Incredibly slow staff with no urgency, and if they are even just a tad busy, you can count on waiting for close to or over an hour before you can even get past the front desk. Their location up the street is far better. Still overpriced, but a significantly better location with a much more dedicated and professional staff that doesn't keep their customers waiting while they goof off. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this location – C C

Great dispensary! Large selection at good prices, even better with the veteran discount. On my latest visit, Shannon was a great budtender! Accurate, fast and friendly service. I'll be glad to get back soon. The online platform could use a little bit of work, however. Occasionally, it doesn't align with in-store selection. I've seen STIIIZY products online, despite them not being sold in Ohio. Some products' strains are abbreviated/coded, so you're not fully sure of what you're getting until you go and pick it up. – Sam Hanson

The guy working the counter was polite and nice but don't bulk buy from this store. They wont give you a refund on defective vapes if it has been more than 30 days since purchase. That means you need to break the air seals and check them right away otherwise you might end up throwing away money. – Andrew Laux
