Had many poor experiences with this location, but decided i'd give them one more chance. It's the last time though because they can't get their act together. Incredibly slow staff with no urgency, and if they are even just a tad busy, you can count on waiting for close to or over an hour before you can even get past the front desk. Their location up the street is far better. Still overpriced, but a significantly better location with a much more dedicated and professional staff that doesn't keep their customers waiting while they goof off. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this location – C C

The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building going into the street, you’ll be waiting forever literally every time you come even though the drive thru is pre-orders only. Also more than once they haven’t returned my ID to me. There is another dispensary literally next door, I suggest going there. – Leslie Philpot

I’m giving two stars only because the budtender and reception staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I placed a pre-order online and received a text confirmation stating that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I waited in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes, only to be told that my order could not be located and that I would need to come inside and place it again. For a first-time customer, that’s not a great introduction. If the issue was with the website or ordering system, it would have made far more sense to resolve the problem at the drive-thru window rather than sending a customer inside to restart the process after already waiting in line. When a business promotes online ordering and drive-thru pickup, those systems need to function reliably. Otherwise, it defeats the entire purpose of offering them. With several other dispensaries nearby that seem to manage online ordering without recurring website issues, this experience makes it difficult to justify returning. I hope management addresses the ordering system problems so future customers don’t have the same experience. – Erika P

My friend Mary Katherine and her manager took incredible care of me after some troubleshooting this morning. They turned what could have been a tough visit into an all star experience. Ohio has some tough laws and restrictions that spots are still trying to navigate within. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her when I’m back home next. 💕🫶🏿🫶🏿 – Ian Martin
