Had many poor experiences with this location, but decided i'd give them one more chance. It's the last time though because they can't get their act together. Incredibly slow staff with no urgency, and if they are even just a tad busy, you can count on waiting for close to or over an hour before you can even get past the front desk. Their location up the street is far better. Still overpriced, but a significantly better location with a much more dedicated and professional staff that doesn't keep their customers waiting while they goof off. Save yourself the time and money, and avoid this location – C C
So i’ve been a long time customer of this place. It’s always been pretty packed and backed up with only ever two registers open. I have no problems with the product ever products always great service is great too, but you can literally wait here for an hour and still not be seen currently been here since 2 pm it’s 2:35 and still haven’t been seen only 2 people infront of me there aren’t enough cashiers it’s just crazy to spend almost an hr here everyone you want to come….. So update got here at 2pm and left at 2:50 and was told I was just in time for midday Magic when I got here at two, and there were only two people in front of me. I love the employees here nothing against them. I just think some better system needs to happen. – Janaya Irsheid
The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building going into the street, you’ll be waiting forever literally every time you come even though the drive thru is pre-orders only. Also more than once they haven’t returned my ID to me. There is another dispensary literally next door, I suggest going there. – Leslie Philpot
My friend Mary Katherine and her manager took incredible care of me after some troubleshooting this morning. They turned what could have been a tough visit into an all star experience. She was absolutely great. After being late due to a car crash, and yeah, the line might’ve been a little long, she made easy conversation with me and was absolutely delightful.
