Staff greets me everytime with a smile and all of them are super amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Usually I deal with Kelly and let me tell you she is a dream bud tender.. If I could leave no stars I would… I just left this location to pick up my order that was confirmed and ready for pickup… I get here and they tell me that there’s an error in the system and that they sold out my bundle pack I was picking up. So I asked was there something comparable or something that could be done and the manager ( a guy) with no compassion or no nothing just simply said yea no nothing I can do. This was my 1 st time shopping with zen leaf and this is the treatment given… I don’t recommend them to anyone if ur looking for compensation from their mess up or excellent customer service!!! – Shawn phillips

I used to love this place until they sold me a pre-roll marketed as 1 gram that was surely .5 grams at best. Never returning after that. my dog and I used to come weekly. Also, their prices online for sale items are wrong. The pre-roll shows 8.40 on the main page then when added to cart magically turns to 9.10. There are other sale items that do the same thing, the last one I recall was marketed as $9 and then when added to cart magically turned to $12 and this is before taxes. Lastly, their site doesn't correctly sort from lowest to highest as advertised. You'll find items on the 3rd of 4th page that are significantly lower than what is shown as cheapest on the 1st page. – J L
