Atom was the man helping me get my order set up and was knowledgeable of thr products on hand and even pitched some sale items. He had all the bases covered for getting me taken care of. The dispensary was clean and nice with a wide variety of products to choose from. – Grant Palmer

Tried out Sunnyside Cannabis while in Chicago and… meh. It was fine, but not great. First off, the customer experience felt really impersonal. You have to order online or use a kiosk — there’s no real way to talk to a budtender or ask questions. So if you’re new or want a little guidance, don’t count on getting much help here. When I arrived, the line was insane — at least 50 people ahead of me and only one cashier working. I waited a solid 30+ minutes before making it to checkout. By then, a couple more registers had opened, but it was still a pretty cold, robotic process from start to finish. The product selection was okay — nothing groundbreaking, nothing awful — but the overall vibe left a lot to be desired. No real human interaction, no warmth, just a very transactional feel. Bella was the best! The line was pretty long and the AC seemed to not be working, so it was hot standing there with everyone. But Bella changed my 1 star into a 5 star by being so helpful and nice. Will be back. – bella ameilon

Tom and Vivian are the absolute best. I've been coming here since I moved back and it's a delight every time. I know it can be intimidating with the volume they're taking on at this location, but the staff are pros. Corporate should be contacted about the amount of great work this team does. I had a great experience at Sunnyside Dispensary in Chicago! The staff was friendly, and the environment felt very welcoming. My budtender, Nitro, was amazing—super knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain the products and helped guide me to the right choices based on what I was looking for. With his recommendation, I picked up a Jack Herer cartridge and a pre-roll, and both were exactly what I needed. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and professional.
