The constant 20-30 minute lines are one thing, but wait until you travel there only for them not to have your order. I had to pay $10 more for a different product than the one I was told is "ready for pickup" because they refused to take even a single dollar off of another product to try and make up for a really awful customer experience. The manager also wouldn't speak to me and stayed in the back. In summary: they made me wait 30 minutes for a pre order they did not have and then wouldn't do anything to make up for it except say sorry. Awful. Go to Sparkd on 25th if you can.
