This company makes so much yet can’t even credit you or swap out an 8th they send that is already opened and possibly tampered with! I ordered three 8ths of top shelf flower and received one that was missing the tamper proof seal completely. After calling and complaining not only was I left on hold for 15 plus minutes but after calling back was told they would call me back in an additional 15 minutes which I waited an hour for and never received the call back. After calling again now the 4th time all I was offered was 500 points or some BS which only equates to a $10 dollar discount on a next purchase. What a joke and what cheap owners they must have. Elemental Wellness Dispensary Review Between Theraleaf, Purple Lotus, and Elemental Wellness, I’ve pretty much formed my holy trinity of cannabis stops whenever I’m in the San Jose area. Elemental brings a whole different vibe to the table—think cool, dope, and just the right amount of laid-back energy compared to the usual “hurry up and buy” model you get at a lot of other dispensaries. Prices? Solid. Moderate and reasonable without making you feel like you’re refinancing your car for a pre-roll. And the perks? If you’re feeling adventurous, they actually sell clones—yes, like little baby marijuana plants—for anyone trying to flex their green thumb. (Pro tip: maybe name your first plant “Dank Sinatra” for good luck.) If I had one suggestion, it’d be this: maybe extend some of the first-time or loyalty discounts to a few more of the high-end items. It’s rough when you’re staring down a $60 eighth and debating whether you really need groceries this week. Just saying—loyal customers like a little love too.
