My friend recommended me here after she heard what I told her I was paying for my edibles elsewhere. I stopped in this morning around 945 on a sunday and it was quiet. The lady at the front let me in and got me signed up and gave me a discount card to use for my first, second and third time visit. I used the kiosk and to pick out my items and checked out within 5 minutes. The place is very cool inside and staff was friendly. Elemental is my definite go-to spot from now on! 😀 – Jenny Espinoza
Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered to add the additional products I had originally wanted. Apparently, Elemental Wellness did not have my current Medicinal Recommendation on file. Once the info was updated, he offered to get additional products if I still wanted them, even though my order was placed online. Great customer service! – Sheri Rose
Started going here bc prices were good but will not be returning because of how rude the staff were. My partner pulled up to park while I hopped out. the employee cursed at them to move their car. If they shouldn’t have been parked there that’s fine, cursing at your patrons makes you a freak. There was no employee parking sign or any indication they should not have pulled up there. The gate to the side parking lot was literally open. Idk I’ll buy my stuff from people with some basic decency. If you need a rec for somewhere better I can name like 4 – Georgia Brown
Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Great environment. LaShonda took good care of me. The only negative was the items on display that I wanted were not in stock. LaShonda did help me find substitutes for those items. Absolutely love the new customer discounts! – Steve Wentworth
If you live in south county you can forget about same day delivery!! Seems like no matter what time day you order they “Are at capacity” or “short on drivers”, etc…. They should be straightforward with you and just say that south county is next day delivery only! I’ve been going to elemental for many, many years and they would always service us and value our business. – jeff bernardini
