Zen Leaf Mesa

I went with a friend who needed something to help him sleep. It was 110°F outside and since I forgot my ID, I just wanted to wait inside without buying anything. The security guard was extremely rude and kicked me out with zero empathy for the extreme heat. I understand that you can’t buy without an ID, but at least treat people with some basic humanity. This was my first and last time here. If you’re visiting, don’t forget your ID or you’ll have a bad time like I did. And even worse, you’ll have to deal with these rude people who clearly have no manners and not an ounce of humanity. – L A

Ashley was outstanding. From the second I walked in, she made the whole experience easy and actually enjoyable. She didn’t rush through it—took the time to ask what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and gave solid recommendations without trying to upsell. What stood out most was how dialed-in she was. You could tell she knew her stuff and actually cared about helping, not just making a sale. John was amazing, super nice, I always feel at home there, and the manager helped as well, and gave me and my mom some knowledge on a product I use. This is why I stay a loyal Zen Leaf customer, and only a Zen Leaf customer. Anyone can have and sell a good product, but it's a business like Zen Leaf that has, friendly, knowledgeable people that also have that extra "going above and beyond customer service" attitude.
