Was driving by and made a u turn. Unexpected stop to this store. All the team members were nice friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great holiday special too! Thanks so much! – Jessica Rediger
Fantastic customer service. I had the opportunity to speak with the GM personally about an issue I had with a product I bought. He took the liberty to have a long discussion about options, apologized, and offered a kickback in return. I appreciate the time the staff takes here to take care of their customers. I'm happy to continue to shop here. – Myra Everly
Charles was absolutely amazing! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. His knowledge really stood out, and he made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. On top of that, he’s great to talk to, super personable and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back! – Angelica Ortega
I had help from Jonthan (is called John John by coworkers), he was amazing and so nice and helped get as much as I could for the small budget I had, I would definitely recommend going to him for help! He was very polite, understanding and helpful! – Merlin Blaskowski
This is a better experience than most places. However, I have noticed a trend with pot shops. They advertise deals but if you are a regular shopper that buys a specific brand these deals aren't deals. What they are is temporary prices increase matched with a discount giving the impression of a deal. The staff is super friendly but lack knowledge on specials as they are not promoted by the staff. There seems to be a lot of staff but not ringing people up. There will be a line of people waiting to check out and only one or two registers open. Customers want to get in and out not waiting to purchase. We also want the most for our money. – Scott Stevens
