Certain carts like this one leak from the bottom. Staff is nice about it when we called about it but the expectation of bringing a leaking cart to the dispo to replace it is madness. Some of us work 60+ hours a week and by the time we’re off it’s closed. I wish they had a better system for it because this is a loss of money and time for us. Just wanted to share the return experience and the leaking cart. BEWARE OF THESE CARTS but don’t be afraid to reach out to the staff about it. Just hope you have time to take it back. – C. T.

Placed order online. After an hr of no contact we called them and asked about what was going on. Some issue with online ordering. I was 25 min away and they closed in 20 min. I asked if we headed that way knowing we would be 5 min after closing if they would still fill the order. We were told to go ahead and come in. Once we arrived we were turned away even tho we were told it wouldn’t be an issue. I’m out of state and had a flight the next morning. Had to drive to another place out of town. Not impressed by the service, could have said something on the phone about not being able to help us instead of telling us to come in. We could have found somewhere else in town that was closer to us before they closed. Can’t rate product since we were turned away. – Twiz227

One of the more friendly dispensaries here in Trinidad, the Lady was cool as ice and informative. She was patience personified and helped me make a wise decision. Always have hella deals and I can honestly say some of the best prices in the whole game, period. Build it and they will come… even from somewhere else. I just came in to check out this place as a medical card holder. Out of all of the places I have been, this place is not helpfull. Took me 30 minutes to just get checked in, the whole time the man checking me in did not make it a priority to help me as a first time guest. When I finally made it in the store I had questions that were not answered and the man who took care of me questioned my identity after the 30 minute hassle, then continued to ring me up for recreational. I advise going to a place you have been to or my favorite right now is epic remedy for the wax and best budzz for bud. – Riannon Martin

The parking was kinda wild to get into but the service was great. Only took like 5 minutes to get called up. Kerri was so sweet and kind. She was super chill and knowledgeable over the products I asked her about and not in a snooty kind of way. Besides the card machine not working everything was great overall and will for sure be coming back. ✨ – Grace Goh
