The parking was kinda wild to get into but the service was great. Only took like 5 minutes to get called up. Kerri was so sweet and kind. She was super chill and knowledgeable over the products I asked her about and not in a snooty kind of way. I love this place! $35 (S) shake ozs, and a crazy selection of concentrates for very low prices. You too can afford a hash library. The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The wait is very short even when they're busy. And to top it off, this one is within walking distance of my home. Highly recommended. – David Muth

Placed order online. After an hr of no contact we called them and asked about what was going on. Some issue with online ordering. I was 25 min away and they closed in 20 min. I asked if we headed that way knowing we would be 5 min after closing if they would still fill the order. We were told to go ahead and come in. Once we arrived we were turned away even tho we were told it wouldn’t be an issue. I’m out of state and had a flight the next morning. Had to drive to another place out of town. Not impressed by the service, could have said something on the phone about not being able to help us instead of telling us to come in. We could have found somewhere else in town that was closer to us before they closed. Can’t rate product since we were turned away. – Twiz227

Certain carts like this one leak from the bottom. Staff is nice about it when we called about it but the expectation of bringing a leaking cart to the dispo to replace it is madness. Some of us work 60+ hours a week and by the time we’re off it’s closed. I wish they had a better system for it because this is a loss of money and time for us. Just wanted to share the return experience and the leaking cart. BEWARE OF THESE CARTS but don’t be afraid to reach out to the staff about it. Just hope you have time to take it back. – C. T.

Every time I visit Magnolia Road Cannabis I am greeted with very friendly staff. I have become a weekly patron and I know Cade recognizes me after just a few short visits. I usually know what I am looking for so my visits are pretty quick most the time, so fast service when its needed but also he is always very knowledgeable, informative and patient when im looking into all the options they have. Cade and other staff I have had the pleasure of meeting at Magnolia have always given the best customer service! – Cory Lucas
