Patrick helped me this morning. I'm at the end of the month broke, $10 to my name. I was able to get one of the flower items that was on sale and what was really awesome was he checked my points (I haven't been in there in a long time and didn't think I had any) and I still had points to be used and was extremely happy! I kept under budget and was able to leave a couple bucks tip. Also, Patrick was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Thank you to Patrick! – Stephie C
I have always had great service at this location until I met Patrick today. Patrick was dismissive, argumentative and told me I was wrong about a simple conversation of the security guard refusing to greet me. No biggie but the fact that his customer service is lacking so bad and he is dismissive of customer's concerns, is a major concern… There are too many other options for you guys to be treating customers like this. I have been going there for a while, the staff are very friendly and helpful Except the very rude unprofessional manager. I had some issue with their cartridges, I bought 4 of them 3 weeks earlier, the third one was totally a product defect and didn't Work At all with any battery . I told the staff , she was going to replace it free of charge , I was buying few more products . At the cash register the manager decided to not do the exchange & she was Very rude to me and the sale associate. Family members used to buy there too . Not Anymore!!! You lost our business for sure! Management, Before I start, it's not the whole company. This is my favorite dispensary overall, I rarely go elsewhere. Edgewater seems like a flagship for you guys. I'm highly impressed over there every time I go. I was at the store on Federal boulevard last night and the person who helped me was fine. I was looking for a specific price for flower that I had seen online, literally 10 minutes before. Before I could finish telling the person serving me what I wanted, I was interrupted by the person on register two. I kind of think she was the manager counting it out. She was a young chubby brunette with pigtails. I did not get her name. Anyway, She's telling me higher prices and that she knows what I saw. It was aggressive in tone, as well, like I wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. It was about 8:00 p.m. I simply re looked up what I had seen, named The strain and realized it was shake. I still wanted it. It was right in front of us. This girl just made the whole thing very unpleasant and when I found it, she never apologized or even said another word. I felt like I had walked into a restaurant 5 minutes before it closed, and gotten the bitchy waitress, but in this case, the waitress wasn't even mine. I'm sorry. I'm not usually like this but get rid of that one. She's not for service. Edit: I found my receipt. 7:55 p.m. – Lee Wallace
