Most of the staff is friendly and they have fair prices. However, this last time I went in with my mother, the gentleman (who I believe is named Conner, and to make sure I’m not misnaming him, he is a taller skinny guy who I have never seen in there before) treated us like we were criminals. We have never had a problem with being able to smell or pick up and look at the different products, and for whatever reason this time when we went to check, the employee tried ripping the product out of my mothers hand. I completely understand having to be safe and make sure people aren’t stealing, but is it really ideal to make your customers feel like they’ve already done something? Not only that but we were baited to snitch on employees because of a couple genuine questions I had. One question I asked was in relation to a policy he made me aware of stating that the person shopping (even though there is more than one person in my party and they are physically in the dispensary with me) had to be the one paying. After making a stink, I finally asked if he was new because I’ve never had a problem with my mom paying for the order that was under my name (again, she was physically present in the store with me). He didn’t respond and instead asked me if there was anyone in the store present at the time that had done it for me. All in all he made us feel like strangers, and it ultimately left a sour taste in my mouth. If you’ve made it this far in the review, just go across the street or around the corner to the other dispensaries where they actually treat you with respect and allow you to explore your curiosities. . – Aaron Hensley
I've been in a few times now not shopping but with someone who was. Your new managers the tall skinny guy and the lady with the batman on her they are both so rude. The guy to customers the lady to the staff. The lady was straight yelling at the employees with a room full of customers this is not very professional at all. Me and my friends will not going in to your store again. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to – Susan Earley
