I had a great first time experience at High Plains Strains. Teegan was awesome and had great customer service skills. His vibe was excellent as well as the rest of the crew. Teegan and the crew were very knowledgeable of the products and was able to guide me through to what I wanted to purchase. I recommend anyone to come there because they would truly love it as well as I did. It's nice to come to an establishment and feel welcomed and like you're at home. Staff was incredible!! Madison was so sweet when i came in and has a really welcoming presence. Zachary was super knowledgeable and helped walk me through my options to find edibles that really have helped my sleeping issues as well. I have been a customer of this dispensary for over a year. I was waiting for my Uber to arrive—I had already made a purchase in the store—when the manager came out and, supposedly, tried to kick me out, claiming I wasn't allowed to be inside the shop. I was simply waiting for my Uber. I want to clarify that all the store employees have always treated me wonderfully—they always give me great options to choose from. Then this so-called manager comes out, kicks me out for waiting five minutes for my Uber, and tells me that I’m not allowed to be there. What made this person angry was the fact that I don't speak English; he started trying to kick me out, and then he attempted to approach me to touch me, but I pushed him away with my hand. All the workers at the dispensary know me and know that I am a good person. Shouting at me: "I'm the boss! I'm the boss! Get out of here!" – Kori Montana

You gotta watch them! If they make a mistake in your purchase you’ll be the one to pay for it. I bought 2 items and was charged almost $100. I though maybe I read the price tags wrong and that’s why the total was way off then what I thought it would be (it’s happened before) turns out I was charged twice for one of my items and wasn’t told about the mistake till the purchase was finalized and since “all purchases are final” I couldn’t get refunded or store credit or anything even though it was their mistake! I just got the extra item I don’t want/need. I get accidents happen but at least make it freaking right! – Sierra Kelley

Always great quality product. All the staff that I've had walking in or this first time through the drive thru have been courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable. – Katrina Ramon
