I went back to the store after I got a select live resin cartridge and I was trying to exchange it with another one because I was tasting burnt metallic taste nobody wants to smoke a gram of burnt metal tasting the whole time the same salesperson got his supervisor and the supervisor said that it's not a valid enough excuse and wouldn't even swap it out I didn't care for getting the money back I just wanted another swap out maybe this specific one just lost its quality of taste but apparently that was not a good enough excuse . And yeah it looks fine to the naked eye but once you take your hit it tastes disgusting anyways I burned $30 And said I can't do anything for you. Zero customer service skills this manager at the Dunlap branch I'm not coming back here anymore I will shop somewhere else – Danny “Danny Solomon” Suleymanov

Sadly budtenders lied should have look at the receipt before leaving. Their 50% off “store wide” is not “store wide” was told everything was 50% off I got a preroll got to my car checked the receipt and nope full price went back in and another guy says oh no pre rolls aren’t on there for 50% off well your friend shouldn’t have lied and said it was and it should say that excluded which it in this false advertisement but it Didn’t. This is obviously why I don’t shop here bad customer service FYI store wide means everything unless you put in fine print what is excluded which you all did not. Do Better!! – Sarah N
This by far my favorite dispensary!!! Always great service, not to mention the hot deals on quality product. Everyone here is hella friendly and have great suggestions. Want to shout out to Travis for always hooking up a customer and going out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted!!!
