I went back to the store after I got a select live resin cartridge and I was trying to exchange it with another one because I was tasting burnt metallic taste nobody wants to smoke a gram of burnt metal tasting the whole time the same salesperson got his supervisor and the supervisor said that it's not a valid enough excuse and wouldn't even swap it out I didn't care for getting the money back I just wanted another swap out maybe this specific one just lost its quality of taste but apparently that was not a good enough excuse . And yeah it looks fine to the naked eye but once you take your hit it tastes disgusting anyways I burned $30 And said I can't do anything for you. JACOB is a total badass! I love Story mostly because of the great budtenders. I became tight with Jen, Matt, and Jacob from my very first visits! I hadn't been taken care of by Jacob in a while so it was great to see him again. He is knowledgeable, kind, and just an all around awesome human being, which this world needs more of!
