I see why this place is not packed. You can tell when people judge or just don't like you for some reason. When the person in front of you is greeted with a smile. When the person before you in line receive good customer service, by small talk. When your next in line and the treatment is totally different, that's not on me it's on you. So I will never come here again. You won't get any of my money. 💯 – Q Will

This is my main cannabis store. All the people are very knowledgeable about their products. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. There are a few people in there that can afford to buy some personality or at least smile while working there. – Dawn Gleason

Kind of thrown off. Second time I’ve made an online order at this store and have to stand in line like I’m just coming into shop. Then today. I make my order. Gets confirmed and then I get there and am told they don’t even have the product I ordered. I too work in the cannabis industry and the whole scenario both times just really frustrates me considering the company I work for has way more traffic and doesn’t see these kinds of hiccups. I’m not coming into buy a pre roll. I come in and spend money because it’s more convenient to shop here on my days off and the fact that I’m not expedited like an online order process is just wonky. That and have the products people ordered instead of just confirming the order on dutchie and hitting notify before you even check to see if what’s ordered is available. Hope this is something that gets worked on going forward. – Jacob Ashton
