I am a 3 times a week everybody knows my name girlie. I come in for the same exact day every time. Now my favorite 10 for $40 pre roll deal is gone? Or it's on rotation? AND all the good budtenders are gone. Seriously home dude today didn't know what I was talking about when I told him put the roll one pre rolls with the lower percentages back and give me the modern flower. There is no point in buying the roll ones if the modern flower is the same price. I had to explain it 3 times before it clicked in his head. The people who are here now clearly do not care and do not know anything at all about what rhey are selling. This place is going down hill really quick. I used to tell everyone to come here over all others. Now I seriously considering never going again. Maybe stop getting rid of the shit that brings people in. – Betsy Randal

Trulieve on 19th Ave and Peoria has outstanding customer service. The gentleman at check-in was incredible — welcoming, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond. He made the entire experience smooth and honestly made my day. You don’t see service like that everywhere. Thank you to the team, and especially to him, for the kindness and care. Absolutely LOVE this store, and the people who work here. Ive been a weekly regular for years, and they've always given me great customer service. Specifically Ari, Devonte, and Mari (cant remember her full name but i know it starts with Mari lol). Your store is nice enough, the employees are nice enough… Not well Run but gets the job done. Prices are good Were you receive an absolute one by not having a functional online service. This is embarrassing for 2026. You're doing this on purpose… dutchie is terrible. I have an account it won't let me login… I can't even see the password because it's behind the keyboard can't be fixed can't be moved doesn't have the eye button so I can see the characters I'm typing It's just kind of tiring how you the conglomerates just kind of took over the whole industry and then just make everything not functional when it was. I just really feel like me dropping my name and my phone number and a very simple online is good for both of us I worked at a dispensary once and at the end of the day we had to put some orders away. Not that big a deal if people don't show up… Way way better than just not letting people do it I've tried multiple times can't be done without logging into either Google or Apple… What if I don't have both of those what if I don't want to give it to you… It's just just embarrassing Please fix it – Diggy d

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 10+ minutes just to check in, then got to the back and there’s one new employee who doesn’t know the products. Fine, I was patient. What’s not fine is a second employee coming in and helping the SAME customer instead of taking the next person in line. Completely ignored while two staff members handled one order. I knew exactly what I wanted and could’ve been in and out, but instead I walked out. When I said something, I got attitude back. Staff your place better and respect people’s time. Won’t be back. Seems to be a tread of long waits do better. – Matt Hootman
