First time visiting. Girl that checked me in said to let them know its my first time. At the end they said it was not first time. (Frustrating, as it was my first visit) Fine. I asked how much. I went and got more cash. Came back. They rang me up and gave me a different price with tax. So i had to go get more cash……. I walked out. (Im out of state, we dont know about the 22% tax) Staff was friendly, they should give FINAL price when asked. – bruce torres

I have been coming here on and off for the past 4 years. Never had a pleasant experience but kept returning because they have certain products I can’t find elsewhere. I called in the morning to ask when their “happy hour” is, and they told me 7-10pm. I called again around 7 to confirm, and when they answered, they said “hold on”, then never returned to the phone. So I called again, and they told me they don’t do happy hour at that location, but that everything in store is 50% off. Weird but ok Great! So I head over there and was checked in by a woman who seemed very unhappy. I asked about the 50% off, and she said it is actually BOGO. Okay. So I wait my turn and my budtender was another woman who seemed very unhappy! Like I was inconveniencing her. Didn’t explain anything about the products. Made me very uncomfortable. I would not return to this location. Something they could do to improve is add self-service kiosks. It doesn’t feel good buying my meds from someone who couldn’t care less. They have a huge menu and no way to view it in store unless you pull it up on your phone, so you have to rely on the unpleasant budtender to relay the info. Not optimal. – Sarah J

Solid dispensary with seemingly happy employees. Way better than Curaleaf who abuses their employees and overcharges their customers. This Trulieve location always has great deals, and a big and discreet parking lot! – Philip James

Trulieve Scottsdale is definitely the best dispensary in North Scottsdale. Peter goes above and beyond for his customers, as well as the entire team at Trulieve. The deals are always spot on and the staff are all extremely friendly. The deals are all incredible if you're looking to save money, on extremely high quality cannabis.
