Trulieve Scottsdale Dispensary

I have been coming here on and off for the past 4 years. Never had a pleasant experience but kept returning because they have certain products I can’t find elsewhere. I called in the morning to ask when their “happy hour” is, and they told me 7-10pm. I called again around 7 to confirm, and when they answered, they said “hold on”, then never returned to the phone. So I called again, and they told me they don’t do happy hour at that location, but that everything in store is 50% off. Weird but ok Great! So I head over there and was checked in by a woman who seemed very unhappy. I asked about the 50% off, and she said it is actually BOGO. Okay. So I wait my turn and my budtender was another woman who seemed very unhappy! Like I was inconveniencing her. Didn’t explain anything about the products. Made me very uncomfortable. I would not return to this location. Something they could do to improve is add self-service kiosks. It doesn’t feel good buying my meds from someone who couldn’t care less. They have a huge menu and no way to view it in store unless you pull it up on your phone, so you have to rely on the unpleasant budtender to relay the info. Not optimal. – Sarah J

Trulieve Scottsdale is definitely the best dispensary in North Scottsdale. Peter goes above and beyond for his customers, as well as the entire team at Trulieve. The deals are always spot on and the staff are all extremely friendly. The deals are all incredible if you're looking to save money, on extremely high quality cannabis. Ashley J and Sierra were amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful and fun!! Definitely going to come back when I am in the area, not just because y'all have my favorite gummies (Wana) but because the excellent service these two provided and didn't make me feel stupid for all my questions to learn more. I recommend doing a pre-order. It's a very quick process once you get inside the store. However going back with the budtender can be hit or miss. They have a couple that are super on point and stellar and a few that just seem to not care. Just makes it easier to get the pre-order and get out. Overall I like their selection, their pricing could be a little better. – Tricia “Trish”

So I came in tonight and honestly I was having a horrible night. I didn’t know where else to go except the dispensary. Like I was just driving around cause I had no where I could even be at the moment. Anyways, I met Tayler. That’s with an ‘er’ at the end, don’t forget that. She went above and beyond and out of her way in lifting my spirits, making me smile and doing a really good job just helping me decide. Like I said, I was in bad shape. I love this location, I always have, tonight proves why yet again and of course I will be back. Props to Tayler and the whole staff working tonight, really (Saturday at 7pm) was friendly and great. – Barrett Rupp
