Ohhkay Apex team!! Let me start by saying that I was in there last night (07•10•26) at about 9:45p && I was served by Miss Cheyenne W ..that way y'all know who I'm talking about && can give her her flowers. So I used to come in there to grab oil && you guys never disappointed me when suggestions were given. Lately I've cut back on my smokery, so it's been a while since I've purchased. When I came in last night I mentioned that to Chey, told her I was having a day, wanted a cheap pre-roll, but one that would have me high as a giraffes neck. Not only did she have thee greatest customer service on top of feeling thee exact vibe I was on, but sis understood thee assignment && exceeded expectations. She took a brief sec to scan inventory && came back with one item. I was coo with it, took that thang home, barely hit it three times && was higher THAN a giraffes neck. 😂👏🏾So thanks to Miss Chey ..girl you did ya big one && you're so appreciated love. I’ve yet to catch his name—though I’ll be sure to find out during my next visit—but the young man with the long brown hair is an absolute credit to your team. It is rare to encounter someone in the service industry who handles every interaction with such genuine care and intentionality. love love love the ppl who work here. i will say though.. if your going to make storewide discounts every day of the week you should make it to where we can stack discounts with our points!! It would be great to actually use points besides on little stuff… – Ms Conceited

My very first interaction was with Sage and he was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At one point one of the other workers were very rude to me and Sage and the other gentleman were very quick to not only apologize but also fix the issue. I felt they not only had amazing customer service but are aware the reviews and word of mouth can change how well a business does. And I am also a person by nature have large amounts of anxiety with new things, new people and especially coming from somewhere that has a zero tolerance and I felt that they were intuitive enough to pick up on that which was very impressive and important to me. I found my new favorite place and im excited to spread the word. But maybe retrain the one chick. She's rude. Thank you Sage for rocking face !!! – Krystal Golightly

I initially had an issue at this location. I've been back a few times, it seems like they took care of the problem, so I'm changing my review. Fantastic location, beautiful showroom. All the people there are great, couldn't ask for more. – Zac N
