My very first interaction was with Sage and he was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. At one point one of the other workers were very rude to me and Sage and the other gentleman were very quick to not only apologize but also fix the issue. I felt they not only had amazing customer service but are aware the reviews and word of mouth can change how well a business does. And I am also a person by nature have large amounts of anxiety with new things, new people and especially coming from somewhere that has a zero tolerance and I felt that they were intuitive enough to pick up on that which was very impressive and important to me. I LOVE APEX!!!! I usually go to the Otis Orchards location, and all their bud tenders are absolutely wonderful! I have been going to the Division location more recently and Trevor M has helped me a couple times now! Hes always so patient with my 100 questions and is always so knowledgeable about the products and upcoming promotions!! Trevor is the shit and deserves some recognition!! 🌟 – Kristen H

Always such nice, happy, knowledgeable workers. Always. They must like working there. I'm old enough to realize how wonderful it is to walk into an actual store and buy cannabis. I always get some kind of discount. Especially with my medical card. I do miss the big showcase store across the hall, like an art gallery, but I understand. Apex is my favorite errand destination. A bonus is the Zips across the street. Apex has a good vibe. You could add to that vibe. You should go there. You'll be glad you did.
