This has been my go to spot for over a year and in the last 2 months I've had issues with both this spot and their connected vape store rips. I went in to purchase a hand full of things, as I always do. The customer service was fine, the product wasn't the best selection at the moment but that happens. The Issue I've run in to was that I was charged for an item 40% MORE EXPENSIVE than the item I received. I intended to purchase a $36 oz, which is what I received however I was charged $60 for a different product. When I realized this mistake and called to see what could be done if anything I was very rudely asked by the manager AJ why I hadn't checked the things I purchased. Why I hadn't noticed the price difference in the products as tho I as the customer should be calculating my orders cost before the budtender when purchasing multiple items. Instead of customer service I was met with being blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine by a manager no less. – Oliver Bailey
The lady I dealt with was great I just did not like their setup you can't look at any of the items before you get in line. They are all underneath the counters where you check out. So I had to ask to see if they had what I wanted – Valorie Nunya
I thought online orders were supposed to be ready before they send the "ready for pick up" text. I came in expecting to just pay but instead had to wait for her to fill it. Honestly do better. Be on top of your stuff. There's enough people in the building. – Megan McDonald
