This has been my go to spot for over a year and in the last 2 months I've had issues with both this spot and their connected vape store rips. I went in to purchase a hand full of things, as I always do. The customer service was fine, the product wasn't the best selection at the moment but that happens. The Issue I've run in to was that I was charged for an item 40% MORE EXPENSIVE than the item I received. I intended to purchase a $36 oz, which is what I received however I was charged $60 for a different product. When I realized this mistake and called to see what could be done if anything I was very rudely asked by the manager AJ why I hadn't checked the things I purchased. Why I hadn't noticed the price difference in the products as tho I as the customer should be calculating my orders cost before the budtender when purchasing multiple items. Instead of customer service I was met with being blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine by a manager no less. – Oliver Bailey
