I’ve intentionally stopped shopping here because the budtenders made the experience consistently unpleasant. My experience aligns with what another reviewer, Ashlyn, shared six months ago: "Unfortunately, two specific budtenders (Sienna and Jaydan) have ruined my experience each time. The whispering to other budtenders while staring at you isn’t it." That behavior is still happening, and it creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. I used to dread walking in and would order online just to make the visit as brief as possible because it was always so uncomfortable with them. It’s surprising that this hasn’t been addressed—I’m not sure what kind of oversight is happening here. Frankly, I don't understand how these individuals are still employed. We only came here because of the convenient location. Despite being regulars, no one ever made an effort to remember us, our names, or our usual orders. The experience is completely transactional—and the staff treats it that way. It’s disappointing and makes the shop feel cold and impersonal. – Malelia B
You guys need to fix the A/C for your employees and the costumers. Its to hot for them not to have A/C running. You make enough money to get it fixed. The last thing you want is for your employees to get heatstroke please please please get the A/C fixed ASAP I love this shop and the budtenders. – It'sBella _Rose
One of the best shops in Tacoma the workers take their time to let you know about the product. What is good for you? I highly recommend Kush 21 if you wanna know about the product what is it? This is my go to spot in my neighborhood. There are plenty of places to choose from, but the staff here are amazing. ALWAYS. I look forward to seeing them during my weekly stops. Unfortunately, I may need to take my business elsewhere, as Kush21 doesn’t seem to prioritize the safety of its wonderful staff. After asking where my favorite security guys were today, I was informed that this company had cut all security roles. I shouldn’t need to tell you how UNSAFE this is. Not only from a business standpoint, but also a complete disregard for the safety of their staff members. I can’t condone putting your staff of mostly women in harms way, just to get some 🌱. Maybe not the most diverse selection but the hours are good. The parking is easy and the staff is kind. We went here before a trip to point defiance zoo. – Heather A Adams
