I have been a loyal regular here, making purchases every single Friday without fail. In the past, I was always able to use my boyfriend's phone number to store the loyalty points, which worked perfectly since I don't use the points myself. ​Unfortunately, the new policy no longer allows this flexibility. I do not want, nor do I feel comfortable, giving out my personal phone number just to sign up for a system I won't use. I value my privacy, and forcing me to choose between giving up my data or letting the points go to waste is a dealbreaker. ​It is disappointing that a simple policy change has pushed away a weekly customer. – Kadie Rankin
