Brandon got my online order up FAST even though I was the only customer around, and helped me shop some glass on a whim. Checking out was fast and easy, and I made an offhand comment about enjoying simple glass work to make super simple bottle bongs; lo and behold Brandon knows a few online resources for DIY builders and sets me up with the info! Fast, friendly, not just nodding through one of probably a hundred small chats he'll have over a day, but present and engaged. Solid deals daily, excellent staff, brand new deli-style bud service, I earn points online and in shop, prices are good. My ONLY hiccup is pulling up to the place, because that chunk of Portland is a mess of traffic. If you find yourself headed to CBC from 7-11/38th st side, take an early left in the 2-4 blocks leading up to CBC, drive slow and loop the back connections to CBC. Unless they add a turn lane, thats the easiest shot to get in from that direction of flow. – Derek Sobota
