I went into Commencement Bay Cannabis on North Point Way to get a some education on cannabis oil. I talked with Jordan and he was very well versed on it, and found the right product for my needs. The price is great, and I happened to come in on discount Thursday. Double win! I'll try to see Jordan when go back, he's very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. Been coming here for a good minute, but recently I got a defective cart that was literally letting out blue smoke and clearly changing the color of my wax as soon as I got it out the package. I went to to exchange it the same day only to be told that it was not faulty because it turned on. The manager also tried giving me a dumb excuse that the wax was too thick and it would thin out and get better. I think I’ve been smoking long enough to know when a cart is defective also this has been the first cart I have ever gone to exchange, she also tried telling me I didn’t have it on. I honestly would not recommend coming here, they care more about retaining a lil $40 instead of a loyal customer that spends good money there. Really unprofessional management. – Diego Diaz Sanchez
