The first time I went in here, I let somebody know that I needed something for pain. Give me something great that’s a little mild and kind of as a slow rise into it Gelato cake. This last time I went in and the cool gal behind the counter gave me ghost Rider OG that hits a little harder and it definitely covers my pain and I appreciate it These guys are great to get you exactly what you need when you need it. Wesley is an incredible person and a kick butt budtender. I went in, having a horrible day; just gut-wrenchingly bad, and Wesley helped me find exactly what I needed to help my mood stabilize. We talked as he helped me find a great sativa disposable and he shared some of his life with me. I also work in the industry and Wesley is why it is so important to me. He embodies acceptance, incredible service, and he reminded me that its ok to have bad days. he let me know I was amazing as I left and that i mattered and it brought me so much peace. Wesley brings great community, wonderful values and all-around joy to the shop. I appreciate him everytime I come in because he has just the perfect uplifting vibe. Thanks Wesley. Bought resin that was missing from its packaging. Manager's proposed resolution was a 30% discount coupon and to contact the product manufacturer. No refund on the missing product, just an upservice that requires you to make an additional purchase and shifting blame. Didnt offer to check cameras and get back to us, didnt offer to check with their team, didnt offer any reassurance like checking the rest of their stock for missing items (since the package box doesn't come with a seal for some reason). Just a very defensive reaction from the manager working today, from start to finish. Review is solely for missing product and interaction with the manager. Samuel was amazing! He was super knowledgeable about product. And I could tell he knew the regulars. It was my first time on but he actually recognized regulars coming in and had a connection with them and there is something special about that in a bud tender. I had bought one gram of Oleum here but by the time I got home I noticed the gram I bought was bad and unsmokable. They wouldn’t refund or at least swap me out with good product. I will not be going back here as they brushed me off and told me some lies about contacting the brand company for a refund to no avail. – Payton Anderson
