I LOVED this store for the past 4 years but I think the management has changed over the past year and it’s gotten really bad. They moved all the employees around to different stores for no reason. Then today I’m handed a pet policy that says no more dogs allowed in the store. I’m pretty sure it’s Christina – the manager – she’s given me nasty looks every time I’ve brought my dogs here. Actually she looks perpetually pissed off and really shouldn’t work in customer service. So now when the budtenders stop receiving their tips from my business, they can ask Christina if this pet policy was really worth it. Hint: it wasn’t. – Anthony F

I come a few times throughout the week, and any chance I get to have Ambria as a bud tender is a joy, I'm always greeted with great energy and a lovely smile. She's been knowledgeable and informative when anwsering any questions I may have, also never fails too give a great recommendation when Im indecisive. – David

This place has never really impressed me and I don't usually take the time to write reviews unless something about my experience really stands out and the last two trips to this location I was helped by the same person (Eiryanna) who's attentiveness, friendly demeanor and attention to detail exceeded my expectations to the point that I plan to buy my oil here exclusively from now on. The Herbery owes Eiryanna a high compliment at the very least because I smoke a ton of weed and my new favorite person to buy it from is her. – Jes Bailey
