this is great herbery location. They have a great selection, friendly staff, all price points, great security, happy people working, and excellent quality product. They have some great pocket vapes too, like the pulsar which is the best pocket vape i've ever had. I think if you want to feel good, you should stop and meet these folks. I went to return a broken cartridge and the manager took it to the back after a few minutes she came out and told me she took a hit off it, and said she was able to get a hit off it you just have to hit it really hard and then gave it back to me with out exchanging it. I said you put your mouth on it and expect me to take it back and use it and she said yeah its fine we do it all the time. I told her that was disgusting why did you put your mouth on it and she replied its not that big of a deal and she wasnt exchanging it. I will never return to that place again absolutely not. I was in on 04/13 just to pick up an online order. I locked my keys AND my phone in my car. Everyone at this location were SO NICE. The two people working security immediately tried to help- one suggesting a local locksmith company and the other person allowed me to use her phone to call them. Another employee inside provided the address for the locksmith company. They let me sit inside on a bench while I waited for the locksmith. One of the employees working inside brought magazines to me so I would have something to do while I waited. I love this place and its employees. No one is better!! – Maddie Williams
