Edited review: We came in for the first time after a few weeks, because no other pot shop nearby had anything decent, so my husband placed an online order. I wasn’t really thinking about the whole fiasco beyond- I just hope that lady isn’t the one helping me 😅 but was surprised to be happily greeted by name as we walked in, with apologies, and a large “make it right” attitude that were not expected at all. I was just happy to leave with some good stuff, lol. Things were made right, though, very above and beyond. And if Ty isn’t yet the manager, he could for sure replace that other person in a heartbeat and would probably crush it. Definitely one of our favorite people to run into when we come in. Not only is he friendly and professional but really knows how to do the job well. Never a bad or slow experience when he’s on the floor. – – Been coming here for 3 years straight almost every single week and spending over $100-380 each time . Today I was denied my online order because it was under my husband’s account, and was told it is a “law” that the name on the order should match the ID. When we’ve done this for years. Guess that’s the last straw to stop buying from here, ever. – Bianca Wood
Under staffed, waited forever to get in, they put my order in wrong, and to be honest I just wanted to be in and out. Hire more people, what are you guys doing? 3 people on a holiday weekend. Maybe a couple better trained employees would help to. I ordered a quarter and two joints, and they brought me 3 quarters and no joints lol thanks – Aaron LaCourse
I stopped here on my way home. I was looking at their prices and thinking "If I bought this pot,Id feel like a dork" These people have a certain half ounce of pot for $90. The same half ounce that I pay $60 for everywhere else. A certain gram of extract for $45 that I pay $20 for. That's rediculous. Then when I told the friendly budtender that they're charging alot more than other places, He laughed and said "Well Id go there"… "ok fine sir. I think I will.Thank you for the great advice" I ain't saying no names. The owner doesn't need names. He or She made the prices. – PaulAlbert
Upscale place. The big dude with the beard and dip of snuff was perfect helping me out. I got the Bacon's Bud pre-rolls he recommended and were fire. Best place I've been to since I moved to Seattle. – Thomas Giles
On March 7th at 2: 21pm. I came to get the usual and the man, that waited on me was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. He asked me to say please for something I wanted added to my order, because he said he asked me once already. I couldn't believe what he said, then he said don't your sons say please to you. I told him I was going to report him, he throw his hand up " as if to say , Oh well, whatever". I called after I left and talked to the manager of the store. He assured me this matter would be taken care of. I hope so, because I feel he's a liability to the store! – Nadirah Akbar
