Under staffed, waited forever to get in, they put my order in wrong, and to be honest I just wanted to be in and out. Hire more people, what are you guys doing? 3 people on a holiday weekend. Maybe a couple better trained employees would help to. I ordered a quarter and two joints, and they brought me 3 quarters and no joints lol thanks – Aaron LaCourse
I don't have a problem with the prerolls themseleves. But I bought a ten pack (I have pics) of Pirate Cake by Tacoma Grown. .5 prerolls and the second to last one I found plastic in one of them. It looked loose on top, so I tried to condense what was in the joint. I felt something hard and ripped off the top to find plastic in the preroll. This has been my only issue here. On March 7th at 2: 21pm. I came to get the usual and the man, that waited on me was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. He asked me to say please for something I wanted added to my order, because he said he asked me once already. I couldn't believe what he said, then he said don't your sons say please to you. I told him I was going to report him, he throw his hand up " as if to say , Oh well, whatever". I called after I left and talked to the manager of the store. He assured me this matter would be taken care of. I hope so, because I feel he's a liability to the store! – Nadirah Akbar
I've bought marijuana from here for over five years now and I've never had any problems. Tonight was the first time that I've ever walked out of a weed shop without buying something. I had a very busy day and a challenging 48 hours overall. Usually, budtenders are polite, kind and relatable and despite not being medically trained they are always attentive and provide great recommendations. Though, the budtender that waited on me was just dismissive, hostile and quite frankly disinterested in helping me out. For the first time in my life I just walked out without buying anything because, I was disgusted with how with each question, the person there just became more annoyed with my mere presence. I'm not going to spend my money where I'm not wanted. Period. To add insult to injury, I saw the budtender treat another customer kindly just as I left. Y'all lost a customer. – Clifford Cawthon
