Went in and kept striking out with their system not ringing in bud. Then i ordered an infused preroll she grabbed it and then rang me up and then got home and it wasn’t in my bag. Extremely disappointing, even though i didn’t get charged it is shitty customer service to not include the whole order. – C.M. E.L.

i came in on thursday for the first time and was helped by luke. he was kind and patient as i did order different 8ths up to an oz worth. the 50% was clutch especially with my medical. thanks for the deals and dope customer service! 🫶🏼 – Grace

I am a regular customer at Buddy’s , which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I purchased a half ounce of Mini Budz that was labeled as 14 grams. When I weighed it at home, it came out to approximately 8 grams, meaning I was missing about 6 grams. A friend of mine also purchased a half ounce of Mini Budz at the same time but a different strain, and hers weighed the same short amount. I returned to the store to address the issue. The product was weighed again using two different personal scales that we brought with us, and both confirmed the short weight. While there, we also weighed another sealed, unopened Mini Budz package from the store’s inventory, and the total weight still did not equal 14 grams. Despite this, I was not offered a refund or a replacement. I was only offered 40% off a future purchase, which does not correct being significantly shorted on a labeled product. I was told to speak with a manager, given a time window when they would be available (12–8 pm), and made multiple attempts to return and call, but the manager was not available. This is not correct business practice. Customers should receive the amount listed on the package, especially when products are sealed and clearly labeled. I shop here often, and this situation raises serious concerns about accuracy, accountability, and follow-through. I strongly encourage customers to weigh their products and for management to take net weight compliance seriously. Update: 2/4/26 Got a refund for my purchase, they have not contacted me once. They contacted my friend and told her to tell me everything. I appreciate the refund, but I wont be coming back to Buddy's. I don't trust that any of their items are correct. So if you do buy from them I would just double check and scale your stuff for yourself to make sure it is correct. Ive spent a lot of money here and my trust with this dispensary is gone. – Lin P

Came in to a welcoming space. The layout is simple yet well placed. The staff I interacted with were polite, had great smiles, and approachable personalities. First time coming in, and I was really impressed. Thank you to my budtender for recommending a great infused pre roll. – April B
