You guys have good deals weekly but you have to do better when it comes to pickup orders. I ordered online for pickup and when I came to pickup, you guys sold my item to someone else. When you have already marked in the computer that my online order was confirmed and ready for pickup. I brought exact change for my order for you to tell me I have no choice but to choose another similar item that is $10 more! Your store does not allow customers to use their reward points which I have over a 1,000 points of, some sort of compromise could have been made for your staffs short comings. So I had to make a choice between just leaving your store empty handed and wasting my gas and time or paying extra for an item that I did NOT order! Your products are made to decrease stress and you did nothing but add to it. I’m considering taking my money back around the corner to the next dispensary. Absolutely ridiculous. – A

Good product but poor service, count your bills cause they may short you change. Gave 60$ for 52$ worth of product, received my change and was in a hurry so didn’t count it and wouldn’t ya know, only 4$ change. Even tho it wasn’t that much this could’ve easily happened with a larger amount of cash. I’ll get meds for my fam elsewhere – Ace Race
