I went in last night for the 15% off. The first woman helped me pick out great weed. I wanted a good deal on something that was like "top shelf" but a lower price point. I'm very happy with the Equinox Garden brand I got. When she went to ring me up she couldn't get the price gun to work. The price gun literally looks like a Pez dispenser on a cord. I was having pain standing last night, so I asked if she could change registers. She couldn't change registers, but she went in the back to get Mercedes to ring me up. Mercedes is great! After she rung up the weed, I decided to get edibles. She helped me get great treats. She warned me about the Hot Sugar Sour Watermelon. I should have listened. It's "Warheads" sour. So, I wasn't planning on getting the treats. After the 15% off, I was a few dollars short. Mercedes suggested adding an addition %5 off from my loyalty points *fingers crossed* I was like eighty cents short…and she covered it. Thanks, Mercedes! I love the people at Nirvana. I love the weed. The prices and service are better than Green2Go. I think investing in new price guns would be well worth it. – Rocky Hensley
Raved and raved about Tropicana cookies, no rush, no line behind me. Placed my order very methodically. Was told there was no Tropicana cookies. Found pre rolls by torus of Tropicana cookies with MY OWN EYES. Requested 5 of those as she said she had a bunch??? Weird she then puts 3 pinalada, and 2 cherry torus in my bag. I leave the store come back not even 2 minutes later to be told they don’t do returns? Absolute garbage service lol. Seals not cracked shouldn’t matter. So I had to buy what I originally ordered in the first place. What a joke – Seth Green
This is one of my favorite places to shop for cannabis. The product quality is excellent, Firebros is my go-to vape, and the pre-roll selection never disappoints. On top of that, the customer service is always friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to new and returning customers alike. – Brandon Lewis

Mistakenly listened to cashier #6 last night after I told her I wanted edibles with exclusively THC, no CBD/CBN/etc. I made that very clear and she seemed to understand. She recommended a particular one, so I bought it. I get home and read the bag more carefully, and it’s CBD heavy! Minimal THC at all. Called and asked if I could exchange it and they said all sales are final. Don’t trust workers here, they don’t know what they’re selling. – scippap
