420 Carpenter

I liked the variety this place offers but with the frequent policy changes unfriendly staff I just found somewhere else to go. There are like 3 staff who have been there for a long time who are just amazing. It's just not worth the gamble if they are working or not. I have been coming to 420 carpenter and Rochester since 2017 when I had almost my entire spine fused. Regular medication doesn’t work for me. Every single person in this business has always been so kind and so helpful. – Cindy Keith

I love this dispensary! I have extreme anxiety and I felt comfortable and safe talking with any of the staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and ready with a recommendation, but in a helpful way, not overbearingly so. It feels more like talking with your buddy than a salesman. I like that it's open and you can walk around and view the product (behind a glass case) rather than some other places I've been to where everything is tucked away behind the counter. This place absolutely sucks. Their product is far overpriced and its not even good..they offer a return policy which I thought was cool until I tried using it. I was told as long as I had the receipt I could get a refund before 30 days and the vape was atleast half full. My vape stopped working after about 5 days. Full charge and it still won't work and it's still over half full. I was told upon arrival that I also need the packaging which was never explained to me up on purchasing. I still have my receipt and the non functional disposable vape which was timestamped when purchased. The staff were Extremely uncooperative and they were very rude about it. I don't think anyone is properly trained because one person who sold me the vape said just bring the receipt and today I'm told I need the packaging for a refund. Don't go here there are plenty of other dispensaries that will actually honor their return policy and properly explain what you need to keep. Most establishments take a product back with a receipt. not this place. Terrible would give 0 stars if possible. – Johnny Frincke
