This place is a joke, they Never said there cart return policy changed. I bought 2. I opened the second cart on day 11..apparently its only 10days return now..a change in policy without notice!!! It doesn't work.. At all..they won't return or exchange. It's a full brand new cart. That's theft honestly. Selling broken stuff an not returning it. Do Not recommend!!! There are PLENTY of other places in town with good quality items with better policies for the customers. Long time 420 supporter from the beginning of time..GONE! – Aj Stevens
Took a chance on 420 Carpenter tonight and my expectations were surpassed! Customer service at dispos vary so widely, you never really know what you’re going to get. Well, Drew made my boyfriend and I’s experience wonderful. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Drew gave us so many great recommendations. Also, the store is very clean and I loved looking around! Highly recommend this place! – Kaya Rixe
Would rate lower if I could. Front door girl was absolutely so rude about me having a military ID, apparently they aren’t allowed to them in Washington. So weird since everywhere else has taken it and they offer a military discount. Honestly we just left and went to bud barn which were way nicer and didn’t give me attitude and even gave us better discounts. Really suggest taking the 2-3 minute drive and go there instead. No reason for her to be that rude. If you don’t like your job quit or at least change your attitude and explain it to people nicer? Idk bud barn is where it is at though, they took my ID and said they’ve never heard of that. Won’t be back but I’m sure they won’t care take that as you will. – Myranda Gregory
All the 420 carpenter and sister stores are hands down the worst dispensary’s in the area. If you like to pay full price for bunk bammer then shop here I guess. If you like getting good deals and fresh bud and oil go literally any where else. Bud tenders suck , the owners suck. They treat customers like crap and only want your money. Speak with the owner and let me know what kinda vibe they give you. It’s like this place doesn’t even try to improve its been the worst dispeanasy in the area for 10 years atleast. Maybe run 40 % off all week long and actually get something people wanna smoke ?? Like literally all the other stores? – Yoo Mozzy
