Shangri-La Cannabis Adult Use Retailer

I've been a few times, my bestie Ashley turned me onto Shangri-La in plantsville, great place, employees are always helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Thankfully also patient because it sometimes takes me a bit to decide, but tonight I was helped by Fabrice & I placed an online order he was very pleasent, happy, and so nice to me. Because of the great employees there i always come back, even though I live 20 minutes away and have some similar businesses in my hometown, the vibe there is unmatched. 🫶🏻✌🏻 – Joshlyn Beatrice

Get a new sales rep. I won’t be returning to the shop because it seems like my business bothered your employees. The African-American behind your counter does not understand customer service or care about the return of your customers. I’m sure you could find someone to do his job expeditiously with a much better attitude. I only get to visit the dispensary so often And it sucks when I have the experience I did here. EVERY SINGLE VISIT! No glazing. They’re fire. I like their hiring credentials because EACH new person is personable, not just a person behind a cashier. Their personal touch reminds you they have a name. They handle any stressful situation gracefully. And most of them are funny. Lol. Special shout out to Scout (consistent in her ability to make conversation and has great suggestions) Sebby, Derrick, & the girl with the dyed red hair (I think it’s Lexi ). I legit feel bad shouting out certain folk because ALL have impressed me. PS: let managers collect tips, homeboy be doing it and I’m always like, “slide that in your pocket brother” no Diddy. Nah but, he conducts himself accordingly each time and walks with honor. That’s why I respect it. You guys are doing well! Keep it up 😉👉🏾 – Next Level

Let me tell you… I came in for my first time and I was kinda nervous. I scanned my id normal process and I instantly got help with Lexi! She deeply explained the strands and how the effect might be, her customer service is 100% & the BEST service I’ve had from a smoke shop in a minute. SPECIAL WORK THERE! I loved this place! I work at another dispensary in CT, and I came here back in April to check out some of the other places in Connecticut. This place is beautiful! I love the colors here, compared to other dispensaries where it’s basic white colors or tans. This is very colorful! The place is decently sized too so I didn’t feel lost, the staff is very friendly with me and we’re a help to what me and my friend were looking for that day. Plus, I love the happy hour deal! I think more places should implement something like that. – Syd
