Get a new sales rep. I won’t be returning to the shop because it seems like my business bothered your employees. The African-American behind your counter does not understand customer service or care about the return of your customers. I’m sure you could find someone to do his job expeditiously with a much better attitude. I only get to visit the dispensary so often And it sucks when I have the experience I did here. Also, the prices are high. My plug got better prices no bs – Alex Becker

I loved this place! I work at another dispensary in CT, and I came here back in April to check out some of the other places in Connecticut. This place is beautiful! I love the colors here, compared to other dispensaries where it’s basic white colors or tans. This is very colorful! The place is decently sized too so I didn’t feel lost, the staff is very friendly with me and we’re a help to what me and my friend were looking for that day. Plus, I love the happy hour deal! I think more places should implement something like that. – Syd

My first time going to this shop. The man at the front desk greeted me. I told him I had placed an order online. He had me put my license in a reader. He told me I get a discount as a first time customer. He applied the discount. He told me I could get additional discounts for the next few weeks. And that they have happy hour from 1 to 3 daily where a customer can get discounts. He was very friendly and welcoming. He buzzed me into the room where I would pick up my order. The woman at the counter, Alexandra, welcomed me. She checked my license. She got my order. She made sure I got my first time customer discount. We wished each other Happy New Year. She was very friendly. As I went out, the man at the front desk and I wished each other Happy New Year. The shop was very clean and uncluttered. It is part of a strip mall with a very big parking lot. I was very happy with the whole experience. I will be going back there. – Stuart Griffin
