Shangri-La Cannabis Adult Use Retailer

Been going here regularly for almost a year and it is absolutely amazing. They have a huge selection of products and are running sales all the time, plus you get rewards points from purchases that you can redeem for discounts. The drive thru is so convenient and I’ve never had to wait long in line (and most of the time there isn’t a line at all). The website also has a great layout and placing orders is really easy. I’m honestly confused by the reviews mentioning rude or bad employees, every employee I’ve encountered here has been so friendly and helpful. The only caution I have is to check out the website and what you’re thinking about buying before you go because they don’t have really have products on display. There are TVs that highlight some of the products but it’s only a small part of their huge inventory. Awesome place!! – Macy Sluder

I was excited when I saw they had a drive-thru! I placed my order online while doing laundry and picked it up afterward. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the whole process was under 20 min. I’ll definitely be back. – paola

Let me tell you… I came in for my first time and I was kinda nervous. I scanned my id normal process and I instantly got help with Lexi! She deeply explained the strands and how the effect might be, her customer service is 100% & the BEST service I’ve had from a smoke shop in a minute. SPECIAL WORK THERE! Poor customer service. I placed an order and it should have been ready right before they closed. I go through the drive through and I try to greet the worker, and the worker is short with me, just demanding my ID (the same worker that was talked about in the previous review, I believe). He does not greet me, just rudely tells me I have to go inside to get my order. I go inside. The woman inside said I have to leave and she cannot fulfill my order because it’s 6:00. Then why did my order even go through? I can understand that aspect. At least don’t be jerks to your customers. Both employees were rude to me. I’ve NEVER had this experience here before. I've been a few times, my bestie Ashley turned me onto Shangri-La in plantsville, great place, employees are always helpful, knowledgeable & kind. Thankfully also patient because it sometimes takes me a bit to decide, but tonight I was helped by Fabrice & I placed an online order he was very pleasent, happy, and so nice to me. Because of the great employees there i always come back, even though I live 20 minutes away and have some similar businesses in my hometown, the vibe there is unmatched. 🫶🏻✌🏻 update, have been back a bunch of times, always the besg quality gummies, daily deals, happy hour and the employees are fantastic. Today i had Joshua who I havent met yet, very friendly, smiling, asked me how my day had been and let me know to try out the drive thru then gave me a 10% off card to use when I do!
