I love Ritual! They always have the best of the best and now they sell Bloom! Bloom has the best vapes; they barely clog like all the other ones do, and as a fellow vaper the Bloom vapes last me longer than the rest. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I never have any problems and if I do it’s with other customers treating the staff shitty, the staff is great they can answer any question you have they don’t try to push stuff on ya so it feels like they are trynna get rid of a product, they actually care about you and your needs. Also I got a gram of concentrate from them got home opened it the next day and they extract was everywhere all over my fingers the cap the side of the jar I called told them what happened and it was not a problem at all they heard me out and replaced the gram for me. I would have only given one star but they are fast and friendly. However they don't do tap to pay, essentially it's cash only which is a major disadvantage to other more modern dispensaries and they didn't mention that until I was ready for payment. That was very frustrating as I don't have any physical banking cards to use their ATM which charges over a 3 dollar fee to use. They offer an alternative payment through dutchie pay but they never alerted me that i got the verification number sent to my phone so i didn't realize until i left thinking no verification was ever sent. A huge waste of my time and i gave them my ID and information to start a profile that I can't even use due to their cash only rule and their inconvenient Dutchie pay system which also charges over $3 per transaction. And their prices are kind of up there, you can buy for like half price in the city. – bryce Williams
The best customer service I have ever had period! Knowledgeable is an understatement! He was able to explain the answers in a way that was relatable and educational. He is truly all about 100% customer service.
