I love Ritual! They always have the best of the best and now they sell Bloom! Bloom has the best vapes; they barely clog like all the other ones do, and as a fellow vaper the Bloom vapes last me longer than the rest. I will never set foot in this place again. I was treated with such disrespect it actually caused me to fall into a deep depression. I am a medical patient with Cptsd, anxiety disorder and bipolar depression. Your staff repeatedly treated me like…who gives a shit about your condition… I also suffer from short term memory issues and that is why my daughter has always helped me when we would visit your establishment… last time I was in your store..l was asked to leave because I asked my daughter ( who is my legal caregiver for my health issues) if I had tried a strain they suggested before…WOW!! Way to help someone heal by denying them there medication and sugar coating it with a huge side of disrespect!!! You just lost an amazing customer… I have and will continue to spread the word on how I was treated and redirect clients to better dispensarys in the area. best of luck!!! I was happy with my first visit and few more visits since last year to Ritual. The staff is genuinely polite and helpful. Sometimes their suggestions have even saved me money and now a days that always appreciated! I just learned how to review so I'm a baby boomer…lol Amanda and Katrina were so helpful and friendly. Its so nice to have a positive interaction when I'm shopping. Also more baller jars and I'm a life long Fan! This is the only store that I don't mind going inside ❤️ 💙 💜 ♥️ – Jane Marshall
Prime Example Of MD Fraud At It’s Finest….. When they say they’re giving you a deal don’t believe it. Everyday the price of their weed changes so it seems as though you’re getting the extra 20% off. Then to top it off you have rude customer service, guy in the front likes to isolate people out and discriminate against you as if his salary pays him enough to be top flight security. I’ve explained my concerns and even pointed this out to the managers but it’s like we don’t matter as long as they get paid. Will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. You have other shops with better quality that don’t charge you this much and actually give you a deal. Only reason why they have 1 Star is bc Google Won’t Let Me Leave 0 Stars…. Moral of the story if you like to be scammed, overcharged, disrespected, and discriminated this is the place for you. But if your like me take your business elsewhere. – Erin Bryant
Kelsey was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. She is a truly amazing bud tender and I can tell she brings a high level of passion, care and kindness to her work.
