I love Ritual! They always have the best of the best and now they sell Bloom! Bloom has the best vapes; they barely clog like all the other ones do, and as a fellow vaper the Bloom vapes last me longer than the rest. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I never have any problems and if I do it’s with other customers treating the staff shitty, the staff is great they can answer any question you have they don’t try to push stuff on ya so it feels like they are trynna get rid of a product, they actually care about you and your needs. Also I got a gram of concentrate from them got home opened it the next day and they extract was everywhere all over my fingers the cap the side of the jar I called told them what happened and it was not a problem at all they heard me out and replaced the gram for me. I was happy with my first visit and few more visits since last year to Ritual. The staff is genuinely polite and helpful. Sometimes their suggestions have even saved me money and now a days that always appreciated! I just learned how to review so I'm a baby boomer…lol Amanda and Katrina were so helpful and friendly.
