I shop here all the time and I mostly buy Briq vape pens. My experience with the products and service has been good so far. A few days ago I bought a vape pen that I found didn’t work when I got it home- some problem with the battery- but I took it back to the Columbia location today and I was able to exchange it for a working version of the same product without any hassle so I was very satisfied with that experience. The employees there seem to be very competent and knowledgeable. – Laura Smith
