From ordering to pick up it is so nice dealing with this dispensary. They have great deals available and their staff is amazing. Reputable brands are usually in stock but the deals here are so good that often you got to jump on it fast. The online and in-store ordering is such a breeze. I shop here all the time and I mostly buy Briq vape pens. My experience with the products and service has been good so far. A few days ago I bought a vape pen that I found didn’t work when I got it home- some problem with the battery- but I took it back to the Columbia location today and I was able to exchange it for a working version of the same product without any hassle so I was very satisfied with that experience. The employees there seem to be very competent and knowledgeable. – Laura Smith

Awful. I get that you want to give medical an advantage but I waited 45 minutes while nobody helped the lengthening line of recs. There’s gotta be a better way- we’re still customers that won’t keep giving you business if this is our experience. Then when I finally got up to my turn to ask for just one battery, I was told to go back to the kiosks and wait AGAIN!! You also never honor my health industry discount or mention the deals that I’m totally eligible for (for example, if I spent 100 dollars I should’ve gotten a free pre roll. I did not). Really poorly handled business and it will definitely cost you my business in the future. – ellen falck

Tre was very nice and helpful finding what I needed , bought a bunch of stuff and had a great experience. Online menu was accurate with what they had in stock at the location. Will be back in the future – Hammy Romanek
