As a first time customer my experience was great. The guy who helped me last night was great. The selection he recommended was top tear. Tall African American guy with dreads. I come here every other week and always have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Customer service here is consistently amazing! :Side note: if you ever worked retail then you know over half of negative comments and 1 stars are left by people who were already in a bad mood from the jump. I stopped by here recently and it was a bit of a disorganized experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of people inside, which made the wait much longer than I expected, and I felt like I was being rushed through my transaction without much helpful guidance.
