I come here every other week and always have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Customer service here is consistently amazing! :Side note: if you ever worked retail then you know over half of negative comments and 1 stars are left by people who were already in a bad mood from the jump. Going to Chesapeake is like having a quick visit with friends. The door minders and bud tenders there are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They have a great selection. Even the decor is cool! I have yet to visit another dispensary in Maryland, because I stopped here first and can't imagine liking any other business better. BTW, please remember to tip your tenders! Such a great dispensary. Been a few times, once with 5 trips inside because I'm an idiot and had brought the wrong card after thinking I'd paid online. They were so dang understanding and comical about it. It's kind of like getting into a secret club with all the ID checks and multiple doors, but everyone is pretty chill. Maybe not the front door 'bouncer', which i found kind of hilarious. It's a vibe, I like it, will be back. Very informative and educated staff, as well as very helpful. While the staff have always been great, over the years the product quality has declined. I use cartridges and have to regularly return defective units, it is happening way too often to the point. I already stopped using flower for the same reason. Never had to return street product, this is regulated and taxed I had higher expectations. – Daa Dew
I cannot remember the reps name who helped me but he was great! He broke everything down for me well. What I am MORE than disappointed about and honestly never had happen before is the amount of leaves that was on the flower. HALF of the “flower” was leaves. The photo of leaves below came off of ONE single bud. I won’t be coming back here. That amount or more came off of ALL of them. Highly disappointed. – Alexus Black
