As a first time customer my experience was great. The guy who helped me last night was great. The selection he recommended was top tear. Tall African American guy with dreads. I got there around 8ish last night. I wish we would have gotten his name. He know his stuff!! Huge asset to the company. Give him a paid day off. – S. Powell

I come here every other week and always have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. Customer service here is consistently amazing! :Side note: if you ever worked retail then you know over half of negative comments and 1 stars are left by people who were already in a bad mood from the jump. Stop pushing the blame of why your life sucks on innocent workers. You were probably rude to begin with. – Richard Kreamer

I stopped by here recently and it was a bit of a disorganized experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of people inside, which made the wait much longer than I expected, and I felt like I was being rushed through my transaction without much helpful guidance. I cannot remember the reps name who helped me but he was great! He broke everything down for me well. What I am MORE than disappointed about and honestly never had happen before is the amount of leaves that was on the flower. HALF of the “flower” was leaves. The photo of leaves below came off of ONE single bud. I won’t be coming back here. That amount or more came off of ALL of them. Highly disappointed. – Alexus Black
