Very nice place to go. They check you, and you go to the kiosk and put in what you. Go in the back, and they call your name when it's ready. Very fast service and very easy process. The employees there are very nice and very knowledgeable in the products they sell. What I love is there's no pressure you can take your time and ask as many questions you want. They don't pressure into buying and they do give opinion on whatever products they have used. I will definitely be going back there again. – Ingrid Hakala

Vibes are always immaculate and everyone is so knowledgeable. They have kiosks in the waiting area which are awesome, just don’t forget to check in real quick with the front desk! Bought a store brand vape (Ozone) product that was defective. When I went back with receipt and original packaging same day, was told to not able to assist with anything after purchase. Moving forward, I will go else where that warranties their products. – Samuel Kruger
