Terrible customer service male manager got into a screaming match with a female customer and continues to escalated the situation. Energy is everything and he appeared to have mishandled that situation. I will say this is not the first time that I’ve seen him have an interaction with a customer. Someone should talk to him about how to handle customers. I will not be making a purchase today because of this and as a woman I am fearful to return to this location. Really sad as I enjoy stopping her to grab my items. Oh well – Brittany Worthy
Wish I could leave zero. They have no customer service skills, immediately shove you off to a kiosk instead of assisting patients, which is exactly what their job entails. 🤔 I’m not sure who is managing this and thinks this is a standard op in the industry but your job is patients first, I get you want to be “fast” but bottom line is your job is to help patients. Let your budtenders do their jobs by pulling orders, providing real interactions, and getting to know the patients. No one else in Maryland dispos is running this way. – Robert “Rob”

The best store/ location of the "Ascend" dispensaries, which are really nice chain of what my soon to be extinct "baby boomer" generation would call a "Head Shop". The staff is certainly one of the best, if not the best of any of the "weed" shops in the entire nation (that I have had the pleasure of visiting). Kiersten was extremely helpful and her interaction with me was wonderful and made it almost effortless to decide what I wanted. She really knows her stuff. She was knd and great patience with helping me decide. If all dispensaries (really all retail) stores had a staff as helpful and attentive (in a really good way), the world would be a much better place. If you partake in a 420 lifestyle, this is the place to definitely check out. It can be for you, like it was for me, an amazing "pot shop" retail experience …. ;-) – Anthony St. Hippolyte
