5 stars. The people who work here are kind and professional. I’m usually in and out within five minutes at most. They have a great selection of products and a nice parking lot with plenty of spaces. There are often great deals running on various items. The store is always extremely clean, smells fresh, and is visibly well maintained. The staff respect the energy of their clientele and are excellent at making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, regardless of who they are. I genuinely enjoy interacting with every store associate. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a single issue. Great place. – Matt Ostovitz

Terrible customer service male manager got into a screaming match with a female customer and continues to escalated the situation. Energy is everything and he appeared to have mishandled that situation. I will say this is not the first time that I’ve seen him have an interaction with a customer. Someone should talk to him about how to handle customers. I will not be making a purchase today because of this and as a woman I am fearful to return to this location. Really sad as I enjoy stopping her to grab my items. Oh well – Brittany Worthy
Wish I could leave zero. They have no customer service skills, immediately shove you off to a kiosk instead of assisting patients, which is exactly what their job entails. 🤔 I’m not sure who is managing this and thinks this is a standard op in the industry but your job is patients first, I get you want to be “fast” but bottom line is your job is to help patients. Let your budtenders do their jobs by pulling orders, providing real interactions, and getting to know the patients. No one else in Maryland dispos is running this way. – Robert “Rob”
