Very welcoming, clean, and professional. The attendants are very knowledgeable. One thing I've noticed is they don't try to pretend they know something, they will defer to another coworker when there is a question they don't have experience with. That is something that is impressive to me, and that you don't get a lot at dispensaries. The regular prices are fair but they often have sales that make me want to come back every day! I used to go to another dispensary and really didn't like the whole setup and the staff, which I think is the most important part. The staff at The Vault in Worcester is where it excels. You feel like you're seeing friends every time. Whether it be exchanging different experiences with different edibles, or giving tips on how to maximize your experience. So my order was confirmed and I get to the place and somehow they LOST my order??? I ended up having to pay an extra $20 and had to pick all new products. It is 2025. Everybody’s on a budget. NOT cool. One of the employees there even seemed bothered that I was concerned? Never shopping here again. I’m a pretty chill girl but this really bothered me. I shouldn’t have to walk out spending more because my order was lost. – jaden

Had two seeds in it. Nothing worse than smoking a joint an suddenly tasting and smelling a seed burning. It says it’s premium indoor flower no shake and no trim. So how did I find two seeds? – Heather By heather

Best dispensary in MA by far especially if your into sativas haze and and all that good stuff. They have great prices on 8ths. I can't say enough good things about the one in worcester. I live on the other side of the city but its still worth it. – Ryan Hutton
