Very welcoming, clean, and professional. The attendants are very knowledgeable. One thing I've noticed is they don't try to pretend they know something, they will defer to another coworker when there is a question they don't have experience with. That is something that is impressive to me, and that you don't get a lot at dispensaries. The regular prices are fair but they often have sales that make me want to come back every day! I used to go to another dispensary and really didn't like the whole setup and the staff, which I think is the most important part. The staff at The Vault in Worcester is where it excels. You feel like you're seeing friends every time. Whether it be exchanging different experiences with different edibles, or giving tips on how to maximize your experience.
